# B2B Portal

Coming soon

The B2B Portal is a member-facing experience purpose-built for channel partner and employee programs. Through it, an authorized user at a partner company can sign in, see where their company stands, discover what they can earn, redeem rewards, and review their history — all inside a portal branded as your program.

### Signing In

Authorized users sign in with their own email address. All users at the same company see the same company data and can act on it interchangeably.

Portal access reflects the accessing member's status:

* *Open-Active*: Full access to earning, redemption, and history.
* *Resolved-BlockAccruals*: The user can sign in, view history, and redeem available currency, with a message explaining that earning is currently suspended.
* *Resolved-BlockAll*: The user can sign in and view history, but redemption is disabled with an explanation.
* *Resolved-Inactive* or *Open-Prospective*: The user cannot access the portal and is directed to their program contact.

### Portal Branding

The portal shell is presented under your program's identity rather than a generic vendor look. Program name, logo, and accent colour are all configurable and apply consistently across the sign-in page, header, footer, and profile screen, as well as to navigation highlights, buttons, links, and progress indicators.

### Home

Home gives an authorized user a single-screen summary of where their company stands, including:

* Current available balance and earning opportunity across open incentives
* A tier ladder showing progress toward the next tier, when tiers are configured for the program
* A recommended next activity, surfaced by the [Next Best Action agent](/build/incentives-config) where available
* A list of incentives the company is currently eligible for

### Tier Benefits

Partners can compare what each active tier offers, in ascending order, to judge whether reaching the next tier is worth the effort. The tier a company currently holds is identified as such, while tiers above it are framed as what the company would unlock by upgrading.

### Incentives

Incentives are organized into three tabs so a partner can separate what they can act on now from what's upcoming or already finished:

* *Active*: Incentives currently open and within eligibility.
* *Scheduled*: Incentives that haven't started yet.
* *Completed*: Incentives that have ended.

Selecting an incentive opens its detail, showing the incentive's period, the company's eligibility, a description, and a plain-language breakdown of how each rule earns a reward. If the company doesn't currently meet an incentive's targeting, the eligibility criteria required are shown as well.

### Rewards and Redemption

Partners can browse the reward catalog, build a cart, and check out in a guided flow:

1. **Select rewards**: Browse available rewards and add them to a cart, with available and remaining balance updating live.
2. **Cart**: Review selections, adjust quantities, and see the running total.
3. **Checkout**: Confirm a shipping location, contact email, and any notes for fulfillment.
4. **Confirmation**: On success, the redemption is created and its redemption code is displayed.

### Engagement

A dedicated Engagement area brings together everything a partner needs to track program participation over time:

* **Leaderboard**: See how the company ranks against other partners, with the option to filter by incentive.
* **Activity**: A chronological record of currency accruals, badge grants, incentive completions, tier changes, and redemptions.
* **Badges**: A gallery of badges the company has earned, including earned date and expiry.
* **Redemptions**: A history of past redemptions with redemption code and status.
* **Profile**: The company's current balance, tier, next tier, and address details.

### Portal Assistant

When enabled for your program, an in-portal assistant lets partners ask questions about the program in plain language — balances, tier progress, incentives, and redemptions — and get answers grounded in their company's live data, without needing to navigate to find them.
